Every kit is a complete hands-on marine science adventure built around one ocean topic. Inside you'll find an illustrated lesson guide, all the materials your child needs for the experiments and activities, identification sheets, and a build-and-keep project they finish themselves. Everything is included, so there's nothing extra to buy.

Kits are built for children roughly 4 to 12. You choose your child's Explorer Level at checkout: Ages 4-6, Ages 7-9, or Ages 10-12. The ocean topic stays the same across levels, but the reading, activities and depth are adjusted to fit. If your child sits between two levels, choose the older one - they grow into it fast.

Every ocean topic is available as a single kit for $45.99, so you can start with any adventure and order more whenever you like. If you want the whole ocean, the Bundle & Save option lets you prepay for 12 kits ($503.99) or all 24 kits ($949.99), which brings the price to under $40 per kit. Bundles are paid once up front, and you choose at checkout whether you want one kit shipped each month or everything sent together. Every kit is yours to keep, and your child can work through it at their own pace.

There is no recurring subscription and nothing ever auto-renews. Single kits are one-time purchases, and a 12- or 24-kit bundle is paid once up front for a set number of kits, so there is no monthly charge to cancel or keep track of. If you need to change a shipping preference or have a question about a bundle already in progress, just email jrmarinebiology@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Yes. Every topic can be ordered as a single kit for $45.99 with no obligation to buy more. Plenty of families start with one adventure to see how their child takes to it, then move on to a 12- or 24-kit bundle to save. If you would rather try something instantly, individual digital lesson packs are available too for $9.99.

Then you shouldn't pay for it. If your first kit isn't a hit, email jrmarinebiology@gmail.com within 30 days of it arriving and we will refund it - you don't need to ship anything back. We would far rather have a happy family than a reluctant customer.

Standard shipping is free on every kit sent within the United States, so the price you see is the price you pay - no surprises at checkout. We are not able to ship physical kits internationally at the moment, but our digital lesson downloads can be bought and used anywhere in the world.

It is the part children are proudest of. Every kit comes with a personalized Certificate of Completion for that month's topic, printed with your child's name, so they collect one for each adventure. When your child completes all 24 kits, they earn the official Jr. Marine Biologist Certification along with a free bonus kit. It is a real credential for a young scientist, and it is included at no extra cost.

Very well. Each kit is a self-contained marine science unit with a lesson, vocabulary, an experiment and a hands-on project, so it drops straight into a science block with no prep on your part. And because you choose the Explorer Level, siblings of different ages can study the same ocean topic together, each at their own reading level.
