WHO WE ARE
Jr. Marine Biologist is operated by Under Blue Waters, a business based in the State of Florida, USA. If you have any question about your information, email Info@underbluewaters.com. We reply during business hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order we collect only what we need to fulfil it: your name, email address, shipping address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and your child's age band. If you ask us to personalise a kit or a certificate, we also collect your child's first name. We collect basic anonymous website analytics too, such as which pages were viewed and roughly where visitors came from.
WHAT WE NEVER DO
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, or your child's, to anybody. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider on a secure encrypted checkout page.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This store is intended for parents, guardians and educators to buy from, not for children to use directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a child's first name or age is given to us for personalising a kit or certificate, it is provided by the adult placing the order and is used for that purpose only.
If you join our list we will email you about new kits, topics and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link and one click is all it takes. We will not pass your address on.

We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Info@underbluewaters.com and we will action it.
