By ordering from this site you agree to the terms below. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM

This site and store are operated by Under Blue Waters, a business based in the State of Florida, USA. Contact: Info@underbluewaters.com. We reply during business hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

WHO CAN ORDER

You need to be 18 or older to place an order. Kits are intended to be bought by a parent, guardian or educator on a child's behalf.

ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than ship it. Your order is accepted once we send you a confirmation email.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until you pause or cancel. You can cancel or pause at any time by emailing Info@underbluewaters.com - there is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of kits. Prepaid 6 and 12 month plans are paid once up front, cover a set number of kits, and do not auto-renew.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Occasionally a specific component in a kit becomes unavailable. If that happens we substitute an item of equal or better quality rather than delay your shipment.

ADULT SUPERVISION AND SAFETY

Our kits contain small parts and hands-on science materials and are not suitable for children under 3. An adult should supervise all experiments and activities, and please follow the safety notes printed in each lesson guide.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH OUR MATERIALS

Lesson guides, digital downloads and printables are licensed for use by one family, classroom or homeschool group. Please do not resell, republish or redistribute them.

LIMITS

We stand behind our kits and our guarantee, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the kit in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
