Returns & Refunds

If your first kit is not a hit with your child, email us within 30 days of it arriving and we will refund it. You do not need to ship anything back to us. We would far rather have a happy family than a reluctant subscriber.

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

Month-to-month subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time. Email us and we will stop the next kit. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of kits. Prepaid 6 and 12 month plans cover a set number of kits and run to the end of the term, so nothing renews without you choosing it.

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE KITS

If something arrives broken, or a component is missing from your kit, email us a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement free of charge. Please do this within 14 days of delivery.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Because digital lessons are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are not covered by the money-back guarantee. If a file will not open or download, email us and we will either fix it or refund it.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email Info@underbluewaters.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. You do not need to justify it at length. We read email during business hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days.

GIFT ORDERS

If a kit was bought as a gift, the person who placed the order needs to request the refund, because that is where the money goes back to.
