Shipping Policy

The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. We do not add a shipping charge at checkout for orders inside the United States.

WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Standard delivery usually takes about 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your kit is on its way.

SUBSCRIPTION KITS

Your first kit ships as soon as your order is processed. After that, a new kit ships once a month for the length of your plan.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship physical kits to addresses anywhere in the United States. We are not able to ship physical kits internationally at the moment. Digital lesson downloads are available worldwide and are delivered by email straight after purchase.

LATE, LOST OR DAMAGED KITS

If your kit has not arrived when you expected it, or it arrives damaged, email Info@underbluewaters.com with your order number and we will put it right - usually by sending a replacement. Please get in touch within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can raise it with the carrier in time.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email us straight away. We can update it before the kit leaves us, but once a parcel is with the carrier we are not able to redirect it.
